
DELIVERY
Tracking your order
All deliveries are tracked and need a signature when they arrive. Alternatively your order will be sent to the carrier's local depot, and they'll leave you a note with the next steps for redelivery if the first delivery is missed. If you need an update on your delivery just head to the carrier's website (you’ll find the details in your order confirmation) and pop in your tracking number from the dispatch email.
Carrier returned orders
If, for some reason, the carrier can’t deliver your order (which doesn’t happen often, but hey, life happens), they’ll send it back to us. Once it lands safely at our warehouse, we’ll treat it like a return and get your refund sorted. Just a heads-up, though we aren’t able to resend parcels that come back our way, so you’ll need to place a new order if you’re still after those goodies!
How your order arrives
Orders are dispatched in a discreet outer box so you can shop in confidence knowing your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our courier network requires us to include a return name / address & description of the contents which we have kept to a minimum where possible.
Inside, your order is packed and dispatched in a beautiful blue box. Note that some products will arrive in a single discreet outer box with branding inside to ensure the item(s) arrive with you in the best condition.
Request to cancel or amend your order
Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order.
BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses.
