CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED? Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN BUY? Due to the exclusivity of our products, some items may have limits placed on the maximum quantity that may be purchased in one transaction.
HOW CAN I REACH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE? For customer service inquiries only, please email info@christinahart.store. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED? You will receive a separate email including parcel tracking information once your order ships. Order processing and delivery is approximately 5-12 business days.
ARE TAXES AND DUTIES INCLUDED ON MY ORDER? Christina Hart is not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by Christina Hart in any way. Please note, Christina Hart is not liable for any issues when delivery has been refused or an order has been refused at customs.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? All orders are shipped from New York.
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE? Our core distributors are UPS DHL and FedEx. When shipping overseas, please refer to the local postal service used in the country of destination.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? We offer a 14-day return period. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unworn and unused Unwashed With original tags attached For hygiene reasons, all returns are inspected. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
